This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Airsivo Terms of Use. Breach of this Policy is a material breach of the Terms of Use and terminates your licence automatically.
1. PERMITTED USE. You may use Airsivo only to display, mirror and control your own computer using your own tablet, or a computer and tablet that you are authorised to use, for lawful purposes.
2. PROHIBITED USE. You must not use Airsivo, or attempt to use it, to:
(a) view, monitor, record or control any Device, account or system without the knowledge and authorisation of its owner and, where applicable, its user;
(b) conduct surveillance, stalking, harassment or covert monitoring of any person;
(c) capture, record, reproduce, retransmit, broadcast or distribute any content in breach of copyright, licence terms or digital rights management, including streaming services, paid content, examinations or proctored assessments;
(d) display, transmit or facilitate any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually exploits minors, incites violence or hatred, or infringes any person's rights;
(e) gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, disrupt or damage any Device, network or system, or introduce malware;
(f) circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, permission, authentication or technical protection measure of Airsivo, an operating system or any third-party application;
(g) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Airsivo except as permitted by law notwithstanding this restriction;
(h) breach any applicable law, including laws on data protection, privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, computer misuse, export control and sanctions;
(i) use Airsivo in any High-Risk Use as defined in the Terms of Use; or
(j) assist, encourage or permit any other person to do any of the above.
3. ENFORCEMENT. Imperial ECC may, without notice or liability, suspend or terminate your licence, cooperate with law-enforcement and regulatory authorities, and take any other action it considers appropriate in response to an actual or suspected breach of this Policy.
