2. TRADEMARKS. "Airsivo", the Airsivo logo and "Imperial ECC" are trademarks of Imperial Eminence Cyberguard Corporation. You may not use them without prior written permission, except for accurate, non-misleading references to the product that do not suggest sponsorship or endorsement.
3. THIRD-PARTY MARKS. Apple, Mac, macOS, AirPlay and Sidecar are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Airsivo is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
4. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS. Imperial ECC respects the intellectual property rights of others. Airsivo does not host or distribute user content. If you believe that Imperial ECC's own materials infringe your copyright, send a notice to the address below including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. This procedure is intended to satisfy the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).
